Welcome to the web site for 4955 Charcas, a new luxury condominium hotel development in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This project is being developed and financed by Grupo EMR, which through its principals, has a combined experience of over 40 years in international business and finance. This is our second project in Buenos Aires. Our original project, 5865 Nicaragua sold out entirely in pre-sale and we expect this one to do the same.
The architects for the project are Altuna, Bullrich, and Cecchi which is one of the leading and most recognized architectural firms in Argentina with over 25 years of experience.
